Description
These are stunners. They are a pair of c1881 Ashworth and Sons Soup Tureens with underplates. Ashworth and sons started in 1861, and in 1968 they changed their name to the famous Masons Ironstone. This was the founding company of Masons. These are early ironstone, all hand painted, and in excellent condition. They are a matched pair. Please view all the pics to see how good these are . The painting is also very good. Each one measures approx 20cm high by 24cm wide (on the underplate), and both bear the Ashworth makers mark. GCA0014
