"Otira – Arthurs Pass" NZ Pastel Signed JA Bond c1895
Otira is a small township fifteen kilometres north of Arthur's Pass in the central South Island
of New Zealand. It is on the northern approach to the pass, a saddle between the Otira and
Bealey Rivers high in the Southern Alps. JA Bond was a Noted NZ Artist working in Pastel
and Oil. His period of work spanned from approx 1895-1911. This is a period piece… most
likely framed in the 1920's. It is Lovely. The Frame Measures 75cm high by 55cm wide
